Is there something draining you, sucking the life out of you, making you feel bad, physically , spiritually, mentally and emotionally? Does it have you so worried that it makes you sick to your stomach? Is it causing you to feel nervous, confused or anxious? Well, a major cause of these symptoms is what I call “the big S”, and that is STRESS!
Stress effects your decisions in life, big and small. There is a song by Anita Baker and the Winans called “Ain’t No Need to Worry” and this is a line from the song: “Ain’t no need to worry what the night is going to bring, it will be all over in the morning.”
Matthew 6:34 (Message Version) says “Give your entire attention to what God is doing right now, and don’t get worked up about what may or may not happen tomorrow. God will help you deal with whatever hard things come up when the time comes.”
Worrying about what could have, should have, or would have happened is just unnecessary stress. Major life decisions, if not handled wisely or correctly, can lead cause stress. Unemployment, decrease of income, and layoffs can cause financial stress.
Stress can cause your physical appearance to change: hair loss, weight gain, aging rapidly, lost of weight, loss of appetite, and lost of teeth. Stress can even cause your health to fail: constant headaches, heart conditions, heart attacks, and even death.
Don’t worry! I have good news for you! There are several stress relievers out there, and you can say GOODBYE TO STRESS! Now, I’m not saying it will be easy, it is POSSIBLE and well worth it in the long run. Exercising, taking long walks, listening to jazz or soothing music, painting a room, meditating, reading, riding a bike, swimming, and taking a trip are forms of stress relievers.
God doesn’t even want you worrying. He even tells us in His Word. Philippians 4:5-6 says “Let petitions and praise shape your prayers, letting God know your concerns, before you know it a sense of God’s wholeness, everything coming together for good “.
Letting go of stress, maybe easier for some than for others, and it is a process. If you continue to practice a routine to relieve your stress, it will eventually become a piece of cake.
God does not want us to carry access baggage (stress, worry, distress, debt and sickness). Our bodies were not created to carry that weight. So remember, to leave ALL that MESS where it came from and BE STRESS FREE! You are TOO BLESSED TO BE STRESSED!
Cast ALL your cares on the Lord, for He cares for YOU! 1Peter 5:7

Amen Sista! We should/must ask God 2 increase our faith & began 2 trust him more & more. Im asking God 4 the gift of Faith, n Jesus name!
