My health kick only lasts a few weeks before I’m back on the bandwagon of cookies and ice cream for dinner.
Unfortunately like many, my interest in eating healthy and exercise depends on what’s going on my life. All of life’s stresses determines if I will be in the gym or wasting money for a membership I never use.
With 2012 right around the corner, I thought about how many people will have the same resolution of “I am going to lose weight and get health this time!”

t’s time to take care of ourselves because in reality we say we “don’t have time”, but when disease hits, we make time for that appointment with the doctor and we make time to take our medications.
God has set a system of prevention in place so we won’t need his healing. There is roughly thirteen weeks left in 2011, I’m committed to making them healthy ones, are you? These links will get you started!
